GSM Module

For the purposes of connection of the GSM module (or any other) is provided connector.
At this terminal is present power and UART3
3 control connector connected to the CPU.

For UART 1 – 4 and control of the physical interface is used I2C0 and 5 – 8 UART and control the physical interface is used I2C1.

RS485 Control
Switching on the award RS485 transmission work MAX3160 is implemented through RTS control line.
When we want to broadcast data from the UART RTS pin is placed at a high level, the data and

Data bits (default=8): This field configures the data bits parameter. Note: If data bits is set to 5
bits, stop bits will automatically be set to 2 bits.
Stop bits (default=1): This field configures the stop bits parameter. Note: If data bits is set to 5
bits,
stop bits will automatically be set to 1.5 bits.
Parity (default=None): This field configures the parity parameter.
Flow control (default=RTS/CTS): This field configures the flow control type.
FIFO (default=Enable): This field enables or disables the 128-byte FIFO buffer. The NPort 6000
provides FIFO buffers for each serial port, for both the Tx and Rx signals. Note, however, that
you should disable the port’s FIFO setting if the attached serial device does not have a FIFO
buffer of
its own. This is because a serial device that does not have its own buffer may not be able to
keep
up with data sent from the NPort’s FIFO buffer.
Interface (default=RS-232): You may configure the serial interface to RS-232, RS-422, RS-485
2-wire, or RS-485 4-wire.


Temperature Status
The Temperature Status graph displays a blinking error whenever temperature exceeds the low or high
threshold. The CDU will continue to display this state until the condition changes or the problem has been resolved.
For the temperature sensor, the default range of low/high temperature values is 5º-45º C (41º-115º F).
Up to four sets of dual temperature/humidity sensors can be displayed in this graph for a total of eight possible
temperature sensor graphs. A thin blue line separates each set based on the tower or environmental monitor.
NOTE: The temperature threshold values are user-defined. You must configure these threshold values on the
SNMP/Thresholds page or the Command Line Interface (CLI).

Humidity Status

The Humidity Status graph displays a blinking error whenever humidity exceeds the low or high threshold. The
CDU will continue to display this state until the condition changes or the problem has been resolved.
For the humidity sensor, the default range of low/high humidity percentage is 0-100% (relative humidity).
Up to four sets of dual temperature/humidity sensors can be displayed in this graph for a total of eight possible
humidity sensor graphs. A thin blue line separates each set based on the tower or environmental monitor.
NOTE: The humidity threshold values are user-defined. You must configure these threshold values on the
SNMP/Thresholds page or the
Command Line Interface (CLI).

The device allows direct connection of various measuring sensors manufacturer Initra.

Sensors are connected to the serial port = P1-P8
Communication between the device and the sensor’s RS485. In addition to the communication via these
connections are also performed power sensors.
All serial connections (P1-P8) are supported by the GPIO input and output.

When each serial port device is configured as a sensor device performs automatic recognition the presence of the sensor and sensor type.
The device allows connection of 8 different sensors.
